We provide ongoing support during implementation and after go-live. We do not manage regression testing on the customer's behalf, but we do provide support for the Testing by XPLUS application and its use within your regression testing — covering day-to-day questions. Customers who need a deeper level of support can purchase a support retainer on a yearly basis.
